In our research of these websites, we have found that some states have more robust sites than others. Wherein some are easy to navigate, revealing their information easily and quickly, others are less well designed and take longer to explore, sometimes buried within larger digital infrastructures encompassing Boards of Health, Departments of Human Services, and other bureaucratic structures.
