It is run under the auspices of a local hospital that is part of a larger regional medical system from a neighboring state. Bureaucracy may be an issue, but that remains to be seen. </p><p>I feel very slight trepidation as I embark into another unknown, being the new kid once again, feeling stupid and ignorant.
