I’m not eligible for student nurse summer internship programs. What other kinds of jobs can I get in the hospital?

Do you mean as a non-nurse? It depends on the facility and what they have to offer. There may be other service positions that would give you experience, like technician positions. Talk to the recruitment office or human resources dept in your local hospital.
