Do employers have the right to make changes to per diem and weekend employees’ work hours, schedules, etc?

I would think that employers can basically do whatever they want with the schedules of per diems.

I work per diem for several agencies and I assume that I am an "employee at will", meaning that I and my employers have the right to end our relationship at any time.

That said, they still must abide by state and federal labor laws.

Are you having trouble with an employer? You can contact the nursing board of your state for assistance.
