I hate that cut and paste thing online.. it always messes up my stuff... and I have a really slick resume...lol... and I have to spend all this time fixing everything.. pfft... just let me upload my beautiful boasting book... hehehehehee

or any profession, for that matter.....

My understanding is that resumes will eventually go by the wayside, to be replaced by a "nursing portfolio" type of thing.

The portfolio might contain copies of your performance appraisals over the years, write ups related to projects you have been part of, information regarding budget management if that is part of your area of responsibility, etc. I guess it should contain anything that supports the skills that you say you have, and that makes you a candidate for whatever position you are seeking.

I've actually started scanning some of that sort of thing and saving it, just in case I have to provide it at some point.
